I like to think that my being occupies the radial moment of vertical positioning (taking the highest potential future now Zuvuya to Heaven Central) most of the now. Still there are moments when I take myself for a ride in delusions, identifications, forgettings of avatar nature. Yet as soon at I realign with original nature all parallel realities merge in a brilliant luminosity and I am whole – accomplished.
If we are the child (and also the parents) of the universe, multiverse, omniverse, all the power and creativity or destruction would flow though our bio-consciousness translator (personality) via Merlin’s wand (our attention). If this is so we have an Awesome responsibility for integrity of thought! Ansuzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes, I think we all share in that "forgetfulness" from time to time... But what do you expect with these corporeal forms and their limited capacities being stuck in these brains and all... LOL! ;)
However, I posted to give you some reflections of your visions; you're free to take them or leave them as you wish - they are only offered for catalystic purposes to encourage further exploration. ;)

(I wish... I could use the "internal peace and quiet" - j/k... Hoestly, I can "trick" myself into thinking that way if I'm out in the wilderness witout other humans around, but that only works when encountering the elements directly, and if I don't let my attention regard any lifeforms... ;)

Well, the plants would LOVE it... However, there's a problem in the temporal reasonings; Human beings can stay in 0-G for prolonged periods without undergoing a type of calcium deficiency of the bones - if they stayed up there long enough to effect repair on the Earth temple, they wouldn't be able to return to it - their bones would become too brittle to withstand normal activities (like even jogging) without breaking... (So, think wheel, and artificial gravity, and you'll be dialed in... ;)

LOL! You haven't taken me into account in your calculations, have you... ;) Honestly, it shouldn't take that long. Once the hoverbike engines are fully tested, it's a simple matter of the platform at sea and the raw resources to build it. With robots, I figure this could be done in a process of under 15 years... (and if folks would listen about how to consolidate resources, it shouldn't take 35 years to collect the materials and do all the testing)...
But all that being said, that's still a "pretty close" projection - I'd be interested in learning your projection system. Did you use the Torch of Life? -

The vision of the cloud citys being zero-G was not ment to imply that those ocupying the citys would experienc zero-G . . .just that the citys can float in the sky impervious to the effects of gravity. So ther would be artificial gracity for those living on the floating cloud citys ;-)
I had an awesome dream the other night about large sliver flying disks - a very lucid dream. I was happily trying to photograph them but they kept moving out of the frame of my camera before I could take a pic :-)
Life is so changable . . . if humanity put is billions of heads and hearts together next week we would have no problems within a year!
Yes to the Torch Chrono Reference. The ASP (Arcturian Shield Program) year is 76.8 (77) earth years . . . aprox 66 remaining. However this is but one ASP year. There are 31104 (fractaly identical to the mahakalpa of the vedic ages) ASP years in an ASP Aeon . . . and 16 of those (rainbow bridge/ cube) in the Great Age . . about 33 million Earth Years! Long term planning! Since it is fractal the ASP year fits into 0.28080 of an Earth Day
